The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has appeared on TENAA and reveals a significant amount of details about the 2023 flagship. This comes after the Samsung Galaxy S23 models were spotted during FCC certification a few weeks ago. The Samsung Galaxy S23 models arrive as successors to the Galaxy S22 models from earlier this year. According to the TENAA listing, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra measures 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9mm and weighs 233 grams, the same dimensions as the current Galaxy S22 Ultra. It seems that Samsung may not have made any major design changes.
Apart from that, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has the same 6.8-inch display, but the flagship will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SM8550-AC chipset. Rumors suggest that the South Korean giant could use Qualcomm silicon globally for the Galaxy S23 series.

According to TENAA, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra packs a 4,885mAh battery, but should be sold as a 5,000mAh unit. The 6.8-inch display will have a resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.3:9.
The phone's CPU frequency lists three clusters: 3.36 GHz, 2.8 GHz and 2.0 GHz. This suggests that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will indeed come with a higher clock speed Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SM8550-AC. The chipset will be paired with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of storage.
